For Travelers

Step 1: Find a trip you like and send a reservation request. Our local host will review your request and either accept or decline depending on time and date availability.

Step 2: Once your request is accepted, you will be required to make the payment by debit/credit card through our trusted payment gateway.

Step 3: Now you’re all set! Head to the meeting point and enjoy your local experience.

We can provide a transfer service from your home or hotel if you send in a request. Simply complete the “Add-On” section when booking your trip.

On the main header of the Home Page, click on “Customize Your Trip” to fill out a request form. We’ll get back you within 7 working days with your itinerary and quotation. Once you are happy with it, you can confirm your booking. We will not charge your account until your booking is confirmed.

Our Exclusive Tours are unique to Milliwayz and run by dedicated local hosts who have been carefully handpicked by our team. Local hosts are unable to list Exclusive Tours on their own.

Instant Booking is a feature that allows local hosts to mark their availability for certain dates on the calendar. This means that they can immediately confirm the tour should any guest decide to book the particular date(s). Currently, this is only available for our Exclusive Tours.

If you have a travel agency license, we encourage you to upload it on your profile to verify your account. The verified icon will appear on your profile and tour pages.

Payment

Listing on Milliwayz is free. However, we will charge a Host Service Fee of 10% upon confirmation of booking. For more details, refer to our policy for local hosts as well as fee and booking policy.

During the tour

We encourage local hosts to arrange accordingly and avoid late arrivals or no-shows. Please inform your traveler in the event of such sudden occurrences.

We want our travelers to know exactly who they will meet as this ensures transparency and trustworthiness. Therefore, the local host displayed on the website should be the one to meet the travelers. If it is an unavoidable situation, please notify us immediately.

We understand that sometimes things happen and you may be required to cancel the tour. In such a situation, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can inform the travelers. That being said, we highly discourage last-minute cancellations and we reserve the right to disable your tours should there be frequent occurrences. For more details, please read our cancellation policy in policy for local hosts.

If the traveler cancels up to 48 hours before the day of the tour, they are entitled to a full refund. For more information, read our terms of refund in our fee and booking policy.
