Introduction

We come to local food cooperative. I show you fresh local produces and explain Korean basic ingredients, soybean paste, hot pepper paste and soy sauce. We pick up ingredients we need for our cooking class. After shopping, we take a bus to move to my cooking studio. We walk through University of Hongik campus and see a quiet side of Hongdae area. In cooking class, now we're in "fall" menu. I want to introduce fall ingredients and recipes! Clay pot cooked natural soft tofu with
Seasonal shellfish. This is the authentic Korean cooking class. We will learn how Spicy Soft Tofu Stew is created. Please understand menu slightly changes by not finding ingredients

It was a wonderful experience in attending Korean food Making Workshop. She explained to me the ingredients needed for making Bibimbap, and taught me step by step in making it. She was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and provided all the tools necessary to get the basics of making. Plus we were able to enjoy a dinner including rice wine with a very interesting woman. We had a great conversation after that. I would highly recommend anyone who is visiting Seoul and is keen in learning basis of Bibimbap!
